PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS:
The Tower is located in Al-Muhammadiyah District, In King Fahad Road.
The Tower is characterized by an easy access through main roads in north of Riyadh, such as the Northern Ring Road, Alemam Mohamed Road, and Prince Turkey 1st Road.
The Tower consists of 4 Basement dedicated for parking lots & ground floor & 22 floor & roof included.
BATCO Provide Complete Maintenance of 2 units of BMU’s Manufactured by BMY & External Façade Cleaning by Rope Access Technicians.
